The prices
quoted are all inclusive e.g.; VAT, electricity, heating, quality linen and towels.
There is an additional surcharge of £15 for the twin bed option to cover
the extra laundry costs incurred. The z-bed is charged at £50 per week or
£15 per night. A deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking and the balance 8 weeks prior to your visit. Please read our terms and conditions which are listed below the tariff table and include details of short breaks.

Bookings for self -catering accommodation are accepted subject to availability (and confirmed by telephone or email), and on receipt of the completed booking form with the 30% deposit received within 5 working days. Cheques should be made payable to 'Quay Quarters'. For
bookings that include children between the ages of 1-8 years. An additional cleaning/breakages
deposit of £100 is required. This will be returned after your visit minus
any extra cleaning, redecoration, repairs or breakages.
The balance of the tariff must be paid 8 weeks (60 days) before date of arrival.
Non-payment of the balance by the due date shall be construed as a cancellation
by the Client. We do not issue reminders as the date the balance is due is clearly
stated on the invoice issued at the time the booking is confirmed.
A cancellation must be advised as soon as possible, and every effort will be made
to re-let the cottage. For cancellations made by the Client within two weeks of
the arrival date, the entire amount will be forfeit. We strongly recommend you
insure against cancellation. The deposit is non-returnable. All
bookings are from 3pm on the day of arrival until 10am on the day of departure. The
person signing the booking form certifies that he or she is authorised to agree
the terms and conditions on behalf of all persons in the party, The signatory
being a member of the party. The maximum number of guests allowed in each unit
(excluding cots) is clearly stated in the brochure and booking form and no person
other than those shown on the booking form may be accommodated unless confirmed
in advance. We regret that we must ask you to report and pay for any damage or breakage in your cottage during your stay. Towels
supplied are strictly for use in the cottages and ARE NOT supplied for beach use.
Guests are asked to leave their cottage clean and tidy when vacating. We operate a NO SMOKING POLICY inside the cottages WE OPERATE A STRICT NO PETS POLICY. We regret there is no exception to the rule, expect for guide dogs. All prices are inclusive of VAT. SHORT BREAKS Short breaks are available from Oct -Easter and are bookable in advance. At all other times of the year (incl. Xmas) only within 2 weeks of arrival. The rates offered for short breaks are: 2/3 nights: 70% of weekly tariff. 4 nights 75% and 5 nights 80%. Whilst every care is taken to ensure that our brochure and literature are correct the proprietors cannot be held liable for any changes or alterations made. The proprietors are relieved of any liability from accidents to guests and any loss or damage to property. It is the intention of the proprietors that Quay Quarters provides a relaxing holiday environment. The proprietors reserve the right to decline accommodation.
